In the latest Super Eagles news, Galatasaray are plotting a major transfer coup for two Nigerian stars, Ademola Lookman and Raphael Onyedika, Afrik-Foot reports.
The Cimbom are looking to bolster their squad this summer. Having dominated the Turkish top flight for the last four seasons, they are keen to maintain that standard while improving their performance in Europe.
The signing of Victor Osimhen from Napoli appears to have raised the level of the club and the entire Süper Lig.

Consequently, they have been linked to several players over the last few months, a good number of whom are Nigerian.
The latest stars to be linked with Galatasaray are Raphael Onyedika and Ademola Lookman. These are two of the biggest Super Eagles stars in Europe, and it would be a massive heist if the club manages to pull it off.

According to A Spor, Galatasaray are interested in Raphael Onyedika and Ademola Lookman, but it will not be an easy task.
Onyedika appears to be the more likely prospect, as he has one year left on his contract at Club Brugge and appears unwilling to pen an extension amid links to other clubs.
If Galatasaray tables a lucrative offer, he will likely consider making the move. However, the seemingly impossible deal involves Ademola Lookman.

The Nigerian attacker only just moved to Atlético Madrid in January, and he is currently enjoying a fantastic run of form. As such, he is unlikely to be open to a departure.
Moreover, Atleti only just signed him from Atalanta, and considering his performances and the length of his current deal, it is unlikely they will be willing to do business.
These two potential deals are incredibly difficult, and it will be interesting to see how Galatasaray navigates them.
