Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen has come under fire at Galatasaray. The 27-year-old scored for the Cimbom when they beat Lille 4-2 in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday and even won the man of the match award for his performance.
However, many fans were not pleased with some of his actions during the game. He was always remonstrating in anger whenever his teammates did not pass the ball to him or when things did not go his way on the pitch.
One Turkish fan Aytek Asikoglu wrote, “Look at that arrogance.. They wouldn’t just teach you a lesson, they’d school even your God if you crossed them, and if you don’t listen, they’d ship you off like Luis Enrique did to Mbappé, superstar or not.”
“There you’re waving your arms around at players who pour their hearts and souls into it, giving everything they’ve got, and you’re getting kids sent off the pitch. Shameless bastard, no wonder you’re not on elite teams.”
