A 24-strong Super Falcons squad list has been named for the upcoming Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.

The roster, released on Friday, sees the return of a number of high-profile individuals, including most notably six-time CAF Player of the Year Asisat Oshoala, who was last named for international duty for the 2024 Olympics football tournament.

Coach Justin Madugu, who took charge following the departure of Randy Waldrum, has spent the last nine months experimenting with new players, and so has also given nods to a handful of rising talent.
