Super Eagles and Nottingham Forest striker Taiwo Awoniyi has cleared the regarding his future at the City Ground amidst talks linking him with a move to other clubs, Afrik Foot reports.

The 28-year-old is set to enter the final year of his contract with the two-time UEFA Champions League winners, and with no renewal talks on the cards, there’s a chance Forest might want to cash in on Awoniyi to avoid him walking out on a free deal next season.

After recently reaching the 100-game feat with the Reds, Awoniyi is keen to remain at the City Ground.
