Kaizer Chiefs have unveiled the list for their legends squad, set to take on Orlando Pirates legends in the Kwa-Ndebele Legends tournament this weekend.
The club confirmed that their esteemed former players will journey to Mpumalanga this Saturday, July 5th, to participate in the four-team competition staged at the Kameelrivier Stadium in Ga-Morwe.
The much-anticipated clash between the Chiefs legends and their Orlando Pirates counterparts is slated for a 12:00 PM kickoff on Saturday.
The tournament action begins earlier, at 10:00 AM, with the first semi-final featuring Mamelodi Sundowns Legends locking horns with Kwa-Ndebele Legends.
All matches in the tournament are set for 70 minutes of play. In the event of a tie at full-time, the winner will be determined by a penalty shootout, bypassing extra-time. The two winning teams from the semi-finals will then advance to compete in the grand final.
The Amakhosi squad boasts an impressive lineup of fan favorites, including the iconic Doctor Khumalo, the influential Reneilwe Letsholonyane, the dazzling Jabu Mahlangu, and the powerful Collins Mbesuma.

A minor change sees coach Thabo Mooki unavailable for this event, with Tshepo Molatedi stepping in to guide the legends from the dugout.
This tournament promises to be a fantastic opportunity for supporters to witness their heroes in action once more, reliving classic moments and enjoying competitive football from the legends of the game.
