Kaizer Chiefs have had good preparations for the 2025/26 Premier Soccer League campaign.

The Soweto giants rose for the occasion, striking courtesy of Etiosa Ighodaro, Zitha Kwinika and Glody Lilepo, but they didn't keep a clean sheet as Aden McCarthy turned the ball into his own net to make it 3-1.

On Friday, Chiefs will now be aiming at ending their six-match goalless run domestically when they face Durban City in the Premier Soccer Leagie outing.
