Kaizer Chiefs Football Manager Bobby Motaung has said the league race is not over following the club’s victory over Stellenbosch FC.
Chiefs secured a 1-0 win against Stellenbosch in the Betway Premiership, completing a league double over them after a 2-1 victory earlier in the season.
Following the match, Motaung spoke on SuperSport, expressing optimism about the team's future.
He stated that under new coach Nasreddine Nabi, who joined at the beginning of the season, things will improve.
He feels that it's still early to rule Chiefs out this season.

BOBBY – ‘IT’S STILL EARLY’
“It’s a journey, we know it is, but we’re cooking. It’s a process. Give it patience and time,” he said.
“To build it takes times, it’s not overnight success. We are there, the league is not over yet.
“Let’s see how they go the whole season. It’s early days. But it’s because why we signed them, there is a reason – quality is what we wanted.
“To help the young boys with experience and quality, that’s what we wanted do. The jersey is very heavy.
“But we do it for these people, they pack the stadium, they enjoy the game – we do it for them.”
