Two former Orlando Pirates players have been unveiled along several new signings at Chippa United.
The Chilli Boys have signaled a new direction for the upcoming season, announcing a comprehensive overhaul that includes seven new player signings and a restructured technical team.
The most high-profile additions are former Orlando Pirates players Goodman Moseleand Azola Tshobeni. Mosele rejoins the Eastern Cape club on a season-long loan, while Tshobeni makes a permanent move after his contract with the Buccaneers was not renewed.
The club has also made significant changes off the pitch. Sinethemba Badela, formerly an assistant coach at Wydad Athletic Club, has been appointed as the new head coach, with Musa Nyatama serving as his assistant.

Sinesipho Mali has been named Sporting Director, completing a new-look leadership structure. Beyond the Pirates duo, Chippa United has focused on strengthening key positions with a mix of young talent and returning players.
The club has secured the services of Khanya Mfecane, a 24-year-old defender and a product of the respected Cape Town Spurs academy. Winger Thulani Mini, 23, is also back with the Chilli Boys after a stint with Stellenbosch FC.
EX-SUNDOWNS MIDFIELDER SAMMY SEABI JOINS CHIPPA
The Gqeberha-based side also signed Thamsanqa Magwaza from FC Ravens, a player who made an impression against them during the 2024 Nedbank Cup. Sammy Seabihas returned to the club for his second stint on a permanent basis after being a free agent.
The final new face is goalkeeper Elson Ayanda Sithole, 24, who joins after his release from relegated Cape Town City. These moves indicate a clear strategy to build a competitive squad under fresh leadership.
