Kaizer Chiefs and coach Nasreddine Nabi parted ways a couple of days ago after just a year together.
It was not an expected move since the 2025/26 season was in its initial stages, and other teams were finding their footing. The separation was not anticipated considering the fact that the Tunisian had helped the Glamour Boys end the team's trophy drought after a 10-year struggle.
But what are the most memorable wins for the former AS FAR Rabat coach?
5. Marumo Gallants 1-2 Kaizer Chiefs

This was the first game for coach Nasreddine Nabi as the Glamour Boys coach after getting his mandate to steer the team. He had no option but to get maximum points; goals from Mduduzi Shabalala and Mfundo Vilakazi did the job to cancel out Sekela Sithole's opener.
First competitive game in Mzansi, first win; it is always special for any coach.
4. SuperSport United 0-4 Kaizer Chiefs

This was the first hurdle in the Carling Knockout, a meeting against a team that has been problematic for Amakhosi, away. Prior to that meeting, 2021 was the last time Chiefs had beaten the now-defunct Swanky Boys away.
However, with the quarter-final spot on offer, ruthless Amakhosi put four past their hosts. Gaston Sirino, Yusuf Maart, Ranga Chivaviro and Ashley du Preez did the honours for their team.
3. Stellenbosch 1-3 Kaizer Chiefs

Having beaten Stellies in the previous two Premier Soccer League outings, it wasn't going to be easy to get another victory against a team determined to win silverware.
The Nedbank Cup quarter-final started on a high with Chiefs getting an early lead courtesy of Inacio Miguel. It looked like the job has been done untile the tide turned with four minutes to go as Andre De Jong pulled the trigger. Determined Chiefs won it thanks to Pule Mmodi's controversial goal and Vilakazi's individual effort.
2. Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 Mamelodi Sundowns

Beating Stellenbosch in the quarter-final put Chiefs to another stern test; beating Sundowns in the semi-final. Amakhosi had not beaten Masandawana across any competition since April 2021 across all competitions.
To make matters worse, they already lost three times against the Brazilians across all competitions in that 2024/25 season. It explains why they came into the match as underdogs. However, it turned out to be a memorable day as Wandile Duba and Ashley du Preez canceled Teboho Mokoena's early goal.
1. Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 Orlando Pirates

Chiefs playing the then defending Nedbank Cup champions was definitely going to be massive. The rivalry between the two teams meant it was going to be a sold-out affair with the fans ready to cheer their respective teams.
Gaston Sirino drew first blood after just 10 minutes, but Bucs responded courtesy of Evidence Makgopa seven minutes later. Former Glamour Boys' captain Yusuf Maart then struck the winner with 10 minutes to to make it 2-1 and end Chiefs' decade-long trophyles drought! Arguably biggest win for Nabi as Amakhosi coach.
