The Sea Robbers teenager has been linked with a move abroad despite his tender age owing to his exploits.
Orlando Pirates youngster Relebohile Mofokeng is ready to deliver abroad according to Namibia international Deon Hotto.
The 19-year-old was excellent in Mzansi during the 2023/24 Premier Soccer League season and was eventually included in the Hugo Broos' Bafana Bafana team that played in the 2026 Fifa World Cup qualifiers against Nigeria and Zimbabwe respectively.
Mofokeng has been heavily linked with a move abroad; while some believe it is early for him to leave the country for Europe, others claim this is the right time to take that bold step.
‘We will keep him grounded… but he is ready'
Mofokeng's teammate at Pirates Hotto has supported the idea of the youngster plying his trade outside South Africa.
Despite conceding the attacker has to work harder and improve in some areas, the 33-year-old insists the Bafana international proved in the recent pre-season in Spain that he has what it takes to be successful.

“We, as senior players, will keep him grounded, and keep his head in the game,” Hotto said in his interview with the media.
“His head must be on the prize, we try to help him to kick on where he left off and just to put in more effort, especially in the final third.
“There are times where we just need him to put the ball in the net, then he takes another touch and that is where we come in and guide him to say, the first moment you get, try to finish it, just like the one he did in the final, one-two and then finish.
“For sure he is ready to go overseas… I think he is ready, to be honest. When we went to Spain, you saw how he competed against Sevilla, Granada, and big teams, big names [even] here in the PSL. So for me, I think he is ready to be honest.”
Al Ahly, Rangers, and RB Salzburg are among the top teams that have been linked with the Pirates star.
