Former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper Moeneeb Josephs has identified one Kaizer Chiefs player whom he feels will cause havoc for his ex-team during the Nedbank Cup final.
Chiefs and Pirates face off in the Nedbank Cup final at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Saturday as the Buccaneers seek to win a third straight while the Glamour Boys look for a first trophy since 2015.
While Josephs has confidence in Pirates, he feels their Congolese winger Glody Lilepo can make life difficult for Jose Riveiro’s team and needs to be watched closely.

“Let’s not beat around the bush. Lilepo is a very dangerous player that they have,” Josephs said on SoccerBeat.
How can Pirates contain Glody Lilepo
“But there is no use in having Lilepo there in front alone against four of our guys. That is the difference with him. But his teammates are always split too far from him.
“So, if they are not going to fix that, we are going to exploit that midfield with Thalente Mbatha. They are going to need to fix that problem [in order to overcome Pirates].”

Lilepo has done well since joining Chiefs in January from French second division side Valenciennes, scoring five goals while providing one assist in 16 games across all competitions.
Pirates need no reminding what the Congolese can do as he scored Chiefs’ only goal in their 2-1 Soweto Derby victory last weekend and he will be looking to do the same in the cup final.
