Peter Shalulile was born in Windhoek, Namibia and honed his skills at Tura Magic, a club based in his home country.

He joined the club when he was a child and worked his way up, spending four years at the club from 2011-2015 before crossing the borders to South Africa where he joined Highlands Park.

That was after an impressive run with Namibia at the 2015 COSAFA Cup, where his goals helped them to the trophy win, and linked up with Highlands Park when they were in the National First Division in 2015.

His goals helped Highlands Park earn promotion to the PSL in 2016, having beaten Mbombela in the playoffs, and by the 2019-20 season, he had established himself as one of the top strikers in the country when he finished joint top scorer alongside Orlando Pirates' Gabadinho Mhango with 16 goals.
