Mamelodi Sundowns landed Stade Malien in the CAF Champions League quarter-final draw conducted on Tuesday.

As a matter of fact, the defending Premier Soccer League champions are the only team from South Africa remaining in the CAF inter-club competitions. Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch were undone in the CAF Confederation Cup group stage while Orlando Pirates fell in the CAF Champions League preliminaries.
