Lucas Ribeiro was the biggest winner in the 2024/25 Premier Soccer League's Awards Gala held on Tuesday night.

The versatile attacker was crowned the Footballer of the Year, along with the other three Awards. PSL defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns walked away with six awards, one less than Orlando Pirates, who had a decent campaign.

Chiefs wanted Toyota Cup Awards

So they gave Pirates all the kiddies awards and saved the big awards for Sundowns –  Manqoba Dlamini 

I heard Kaizer Chiefs were demanding that there should be Toyota Cup Awards –  Konele Diko
