Nottingham Forest's recent clash against West Ham United turned into a memorable night, thanks to a stunning goal from Nigerian defender Ola Aina.

His head coach, Nuno Espirito Santo, couldn't contain his admiration, labelling the strike as “positive and beautiful.

The Nottingham Forest boss, who was visibly impressed, was full of praise following Ola Aina’s left-footed cracker.

The Portuguese manager praised the team's overall performance but emphasised more on the importance of every player's contribution. 

Nottingham Forest approached the match on a high note, having remained unbeaten in their last three games, including draws against Chelsea and crucial victories over Crystal Palace and Leicester City.

The match saw Chris Wood in exceptional form, opening the scoring in the 27th minute. 

Following his lead, Callum Hudson-Odoi doubled the lead in the 67th minute before Ola Aina capped off a stellar night with his stunning goal in the 78th minute. 

The energy and synergy displayed on the field were so clear, with every player stepping up to support the team's attacking efforts.

However, in his post-match remarks, Nuno expressed his satisfaction with the collective display, noting that players are increasingly confident in their roles.

He acknowledged the critical contributions that have led Nottingham Forest to this impressive run of form, especially highlighting Ola Aina's standout moment.

“We are delighted that almost every player starts to give the belief that he can help the team with goals. That was a very positive and beautiful goal from Ola Aina,” Nuno said.

Ola Aina’s goal marked Nottingham Forest's third consecutive Premier League victory, a feat the club had not achieved since 1999. 

With this performance, the City Ground faithful now celebrate their team’s position in the upper part of the league table, trailing only behind giants Manchester City and Liverpool.
