Super Eagles forward Moses Simon continued his impressive form since returning from injury, playing a pivotal role in Nantes’ 1-1 draw against Lyon in a Ligue 1 clash at the Stade de la Beaujoire on Sunday.

Simon provided a crucial assist for Egyptian forward Mostafa Mohammed, whose late goal secured a vital point for the home side.

However, the visitors took an early lead in the 10th minute when Ghanaian forward Ernest Nuamah found the back of the net, asserting Lyon’s dominance in the opening stages.
