Fulham head coach Marco Silva has ruled Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze out of the Cottagers clash against Sunderland on Sunday, Afrik Foot reports.
The 26-year-old last featured for Marco Silva’s side in their 0-3 loss to Manchester City in the league, but wasn’t part of the team that played in their 2-1 win over Stoke City in the FA Cup.
Chukwueze scored three goals and provided three assists across all competitions before the AFCON 2025 tournament in Morocco, but has struggled to replicate the same form since returning to London.

Super Eagles: Samuel Chukwueze to miss Fulham vs Sunderland clash
Ahead of the clash against AFC Sunderland, Fulham boss Marco Silva confirmed Samuel Chukwueze will not be in action at the Stadium of Light on Sunday.
As per West London Sport, Chukwueze is unavailable this weekend because of a minor calf problem. The winger is expected to resume training next week.

However, there’s a big boost for Fulham ahead of the clash, as Sasa Lukic and Tom Cairney are back in training after a while out.
While the game against Sunderland might be too soon, all other Fulham players are fit ahead of the clash against Regis Le Bris’ side.
