These rankings will be updated each week
Super Eagles Power Rankings
It's important to note that our Super Eagles Power Rankings are based on player performances after the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON 2024).
10. Chidera Ejuke (formerly #9)
Granted, the First Division A's Championship Round hasn't been very pleasant for Royal Antwerp, as they find themselves at the bottom of the six-team table.
In six playoff games, they've suffered five losses with one win. Interestingly, Antwerp have Chidera Ejuke to thank for that victory, as he scored the only goal of the game.
The Super Eagles hitman has two goals and two assists across all competitions post-AFCON.

9. Alex Iwobi (formerly #7)
Although April wasn't exactly Alex Iwobi's best month in terms of numbers, he did register an assist in Fulham's 2-0 victory over West Ham a couple of weeks ago.
The former Arsenal player has four direct goal involvements since AFCON 2024, scoring twice with two assists.
It's worth mentioning that one of Iwobi's assists came in Nigeria's 2-1 victory over Ghana's Black Stars last month.

8. Victor Boniface (formerly #4)
Victor Boniface shot his way up our Super Eagles power rankings with a stellar performance against Werder Bremen, as he inspired his team's 5-0 victory, which clinched Leverkusen's first ever Bundesliga title.
However, the 23-year-old has struggled to find his scoring shoes since then, failing to find the net in three consecutive matches.

7. Raphael Onyedika (formerly #6)
Raphael Onyedika received his marching orders in Club Brugge's 3-2 loss at Fiorentina, after picking up two yellow cards in three minutes.
In spite of this, the Nigerian midfielder was one of the top performers in April, as his three goals helped fire Club Brugge to the top of the First Division A table.

6. Francis Uzoho (formerly #11)
Francis Uzoho has continued to impress for Omonia Nicosia since he regained the number 1 spot last month.
He has made many fine saves in six matches so far, keeping five clean sheets. As a result, Omonia Nicosia have earned a place in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifying rounds for next season.

5. Terem Moffi (formerly #3)
To be fair, April was not a very fruitful month for Terem Moffi, as the Nice forward managed one goal in four appearances last month.
However, his five goals post-AFCON have earned him a top-five spot in our Super Eagles power rankings.

4. Paul Onuachu (formerly unranked)
Paul Onuachu makes his debut in our post-AFCON Super Eagles power rankings after a man-of-the-match performance against Gazisehir Gaziantep last weekend.
While trailing by two goals, the towering forward inspired a comeback with a hat-trick and an assist.

3. Ademola Lookman (formerly #5)
Ademola Lookman proved his worth at the Nations Cup, scoring three times in the knockout stages of the competition.
Although he was sidelined for a couple of weeks after the tournament, the 26-year-old has been one of the top performers amongst Super Eagles players.
Lookman bagged two goals and three assists in April, bringing his total to nine direct goal involvements (5 goals, 4 assists) since the Nations Cup ended.

2. Cyriel Dessers (formerly #2)
Rangers are on course for a domestic treble this season. They won the Scottish League Cup, and are three points behind Celtic in the race for the Premiership title.
Interestingly, The Gers have also booked a place in the Scottish Cup final, and they have Cyriel Dessers to thank for that.
The Super Eagles forward scored a brace in the semi-final, firing his team to the final. He has 10 direct goal involvements post-AFCON, scoring nine times with one assist.

1. Victor Osimhen (formerly #1)
Keeping in mind that Victor Osimhen did not score at all in March, the Napoli forward picked up some speed in April, scoring three times in four appearances.
Osimhen has now scored eight times with one assist since AFCON 2024 ended. He retains the top spot on our Super Eagles power rankings.
