Bafana Bafana vice-captain Percy Tau recently opened up about his future, insisting he is ready to join Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, Orlando Pirates, or any other Premier Soccer League team interested in his services.
The 31-year-old is a free agent after being released by Qatar SC following the expiry of his contract a couple of weeks ago.
The Lion of Judah further suggested he can't refuse Amakhosi if they came with a R450,000 a month offer. Have a look at the reactions by the fans.
Tau can be fine at Stellenbosch, where there is less pressure

At least R300,000, first year, if he scores more than 10 league goals, the following season he can get that R450,000, with an extra one-year contract. But Percy Tau looks like a guy who's hungry to play for any team. I like his attitude – Msah Bongumusa Sosibo
He can be fine at Stellenbosch FC. Less pressure, more game time. The big three will demand so much from him, and yet age is no longer in his favour. Performance-wise, as well, he hasn't been doing well – Phila Gusha
If my favourite team managed to pay Keagan Dolly lots of money. I don't see any reason not to sign Percy Tau. He still has a lot to offer to local football. His experience will play a role. I mean, he can do better than Tashreeq Morris – Inkunzi Ye Bomvu Ngelengele
I wish Kaizer Chiefs could sign Percy Tau. He still has something to offer, and can score more than 14 goals at Amakhosi – Buhle Magwaxaza
Percy Tau's time is long gone, just like Keagan Dolly, and Khama Billiat's. Kaizer Chiefs shouldn't invest in old stock – Mauoane Mamome
Tau's time is long gone

Robert Marawa just sold this old madala, Percy Tau, to Kaizer Chiefs, so that their struggle continues. He does not want to see Amakhosi doing well – Mrte Muravha
If he fails to land a Chiefs contract, then he might as well retire because no PSL team will give him what he wants – Tresure Coona
They are now offering themselves to Kaizer Chiefs, we are now going to be called Leftovers FC – Mok Goaba
Why must it always be Kaizer Chiefs when these players are out of work? The same Percy Tau went to the Arabs in the Middle East, and when things go south Chiefs' name crops up. Chiefs would be stupid to even entertain thinking about him – Sitsaba Mda
That is too much. My brother, Tau, was already finished when he left for Qatar. Now he is completely finished – Bongani Jane
