Orlando Pirates suffered their second consecutive Premier Soccer League loss on Tuesday when they lost a lead to fall 2-1 against Marumo Gallants.
Patrick Maswanganyi opened the scoring in the 16th minute before Daniel Msendami leveled matters in the stroke of halftime. Substitute Jaisen Clifford scored the winner in the 92nd minute to hand Bahlabane Ba Ntwa their second league win this season.

Gallants had won the initial league game against Richards Bay 2-1, before another vital victory in the midweek assignment versus the Buccaneers, who had lost 1-0 to Sekhukhune United last weekend.
Coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has conceded he changed his tactics, hoping they would work, but it wasn't the case.
‘Fresh blood didn't work'
“Yeah, of course, it’s not the result we expected. We came here with a lot of ambition to take these three points that we lost at home,” he told the media.
“I can say that we started the game very well, opening the score with a lot of chances that we didn’t put in the net, and like I said, when you don’t score, you give the opportunity to the opponent to finish you. So yeah, it’s a big disappointment that we start very badly but we’ll sit and we’ll think about that.

“We are going to analyse the game and see what’s going wrong, especially in the second half. We tried to make some changes to bring some fresh blood, but unfortunately, the changes that we made didn’t give us what we expected from them. It was about their level.
“Yeah, it’s a big disappointment but we’re going to sit, analyse, and come back stronger,” Ouaddou concluded.
The next game for Pirates will be on Saturday in the first leg of the MTN8 quarter-final at the Orlando Stadium.
