Turkish side Beşiktaş have confirmed the signing of Super Eagles-eligible defender Felix Uduokhai. The two clubs have reached an agreement on a loan deal that includes an obligation to buy.
The 26-year-old defender joins the Istanbul-based club after a five-year tenure with Die Fuggerstädter, during which he made 124 appearances.
Uduokhai has previously had stints with 1860 Munich and VfL Wolfsburg. Before his transfer to Beşiktaş, Uduokhai was linked with a move to Bundesliga club Hoffenheim.

Felix Uduokhai was born to a Nigerian father and a German mother, and he has represented Germany at various youth levels, including the U19, U20, and U21 teams.
He received his first call-up to the German senior national team on 6 November 2020, but has yet to make his debut for Die Mannschaft. The new Beskitas man was also part of Germany's squad for the 2020 Summer Olympics, where he made a significant impact by scoring the decisive goal in the team's 3-2 victory over Saudi Arabia, heading in a Max Kruse corner during their second match.
He made 33 appearances for Augsburg in all competitions last season, scoring twice.
Uduokhai remains eligible to represent Nigeria's senior men's national team, the Super Eagles.
