Gabon and Galatasaray midfielder Mario Lemina has revealed he rates Victor Osimhen higher than some household football names, Afrik Foot reports.
The 27-year-old set up Lemina’s goal against Liverpool with a towering leap over Arne Slot’s side to give Okan Buruk’s men a slender advantage heading into the away leg next week.
However, the former Southampton man believes Osimhen ranks top amongst some of the other strikers he’s played with and against.

Lemina rates Osimhen ahead of Falcao, Higuain and Gignac
The Gabonese has had quite an eventful career, kicking off his professional career with Lorient before joining Olympique de Marseille.
The 32-year-old would go on to play for Juventus, Southampton, Fulham, OGC Nice, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Galatasaray.
In those clubs, Lemina has had the luxury of playing alongside Gonzalo Higuain, Andre-Pierre Gignac, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang [Gabon] while playing against Radamel Falcao.

Still, the experienced midfielder believes Victor Osimhen is the best amongst all he’s played with and against.
“The thing is I only played occasionally with Aubameyang. I played with him at the national team. I’d have liked to play with him at club level,” Lemina said in a video posted by Forza Cimbom.
“I know he put in some good appearances at club level. At club level I played alongside some amazing strikers.
“I played with Higuain, I played with Gignac, Falcao, who really did some remarkable things, but there not unto Osimhen.
“Osimhen; there aren’t two like him. Truly remarkable because even if he doesn’t score, he helps the team and scares the defenders on the pitch.
Mario Lemina: "Aubameyang, Higuain, Gignac, Falcao gibi forvetlerle oynadım ama Victor Osimhen gibisi yok. Eşi benzeri yok! Gol atmasa bile sürekli katkı, sürekli tehdit. Hep pres. Savunma yapıyor bizimle. Üstüne tam bir bitirici. Ben böyle bir aç forvet görmedim. O kaybetmeyi… pic.twitter.com/hdtUosgFgd

“It’s shocking because as a midfielder you’re exhausted as a midfielder and he makes a run that drags an opponent to commit a foul and we can catch out breath. He’s insane.
“On top of that, he’s a killer when there are crosses. He’s physical and strong. He can hold the ball, I’ve never seen that kind of hunger from a striker.
“Sometimes in training, he just comes to play in the yard to defend. He defends really well, very aggressive.
“He doesn’t like to lose. He hates trouble, a sore loser. He doesn’t listen. One time we lost a match and the next day he didn’t talk to anyone, but that’s a good attitude,” the former Lorient midfielder concluded.

Osimhen has scored 55 goals and provided 12 assists in 68 games for Galatasaray across all competitions.
