Super Eagles midfielder Tochukwu Nnadi could be on his way out of French side Olympique Marseille this summer, just months after arriving at the club, Afrik-Foot reports.
The 22-year-old joined Marseille on deadline day during the winter transfer window in a €6 million move from Zulte Waregem, but his time at the Stade Velodrome has been far from smooth.
Nnadi impressed during his spell in Belgium, where he played a key role in Zulte Waregem’s push for promotion and remained a mainstay in the squad for the first half of the season.

However, he has struggled to find his footing in Ligue 1, managing just 26 minutes of action across three appearances so far and has also been left on the bench in the club’s last two matches, including last Sunday’s 2-1 defeat to AS Monaco.
The 22-year-old has not been helped by the departure of Roberto De Zerbi, who brought him to the club. Now reports from GP013 on X suggest that current manager Habib Beye is not particularly convinced by the Nigerian midfielder, which could spell the end of his career at the club.

Marseille, currently fourth in Ligue 1, are pushing for qualification to the UEFA Champions League, which would likely push the club to strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window and could make Nnadi surplus to requirements ahead of next season.
What does this mean for Tochukwu Nnadi?
When Tochukwu Nnadi fitst arrived at Marseille, the talk was that he was a buy for the future. But the club has been unstable in the last few months- both in the boardroom and on the pitch.
As such, there is a good chance that the Nigerian will leave the former French champions at the end of the season, especially if he knows that he will have limited opportunities to play.

Nonetheless, since he signed a four-and-a-half-year deal, the likely outcome will be to send him out to another club to prove his worth.
The 22-year-old will be keen on securing a move elsewhere in search of regular playing time, which would be important for his development.
Nnadi should not be short of potential suitors in the summer and the midfielder could secure a move to another club in France or seal a return to his former club Zulte Waregem, which also remains another possible option.
