Galatasaray head coach Okan Buruk has warned Victor Osimhen and the rest of his players of the threat posed by Liverpool’s attack ahead of their UEFA Champions League showdown tonight, Afrik Foot reports.
Victor Osimhen was one of the standout players in the first leg of the round of 16 tie, providing the assist for Mario Lemina as they carry a one-goal advantage into the away leg.
With stakes high at Anfield, the Galatasaray coach has urged his players to be laser-focused in the chase for a quarter-final spot.

Galatasaray coach warns his players ahead of Liverpool clash
Speaking in his pre-match conference last night, the former Inter Milan coach warned his players of the threat posed by players like Dominik Szoboszlai.
“It’s really nice to be in this stadium. It’s nice to come in here, dream about tomorrow’s game here, play in our heads,” Okan Buruk said in quotes revealed by Galatasaray’s official website.
“It is also a very important night for Turkish football, not just for Galatasaray. We’ve had our ups and downs in our Champions League adventure, but we’ve been experienced a lot.
“We need to reflect this experience on the field tomorrow. We’re going to play against a very good team. Both the football players and the coach are very important names.
“He’s last year’s champion. Their biggest goal this year is to succeed in the Champions League. We beat our opponent twice, but they were in our own territory.
“Now, a new adventure, a game we’re playing away. I believe my players. I’m imagining why don’t we give you the most they can and why not leave here for a tour. I hope we can make that dream come true.

“Liverpool’s starting lineup in the first game was a surprise. I was waiting for Gomez. They had the option they played. He’s got a break for tomorrow, I read he’s probably not gonna play.
“There’s always make changes in the right. In which position will Wirtz play if Mac Allister, Gravenberch, Szoboszlai plays in the midfield, Gakpo and Salah in the wing?
“He’s playing Szoboszlai on the right to play all four players. He might think about that for the offensive game tomorrow.
“In the first game, Wirtz’s getting in the sidelines, the first five, 10 minutes, we couldn’t settle against it, but then we got it. We know our opponent, we know what they’re gonna do.
“And they know us. We need to focus on our own game, what we can do well, I’ll think about it,” the Galatasaray coach concluded.
