Premier League icon champions Osimhen as ideal signing for struggling English giants

Former Manchester United and France forward Louis Saha has identified Victor Osimhen as the ideal signing for the Red Devils.

One area where Erik ten Hag's team fell short and that impacted their title hopes last season was the attacking department.

Despite having a formidable strike force, Rasmus Højlund, Marcus Rashford, Antony, and new signing Joshua Zirkzee are all struggling to find their scoring touch. Manchester United have registered just five goals from their six Premier League games.

Saha believes that the Nigerian striker's proven track record and capacity to make an immediate impact would significantly enhance the team's performance.

Saha advocates for Osimhen's experience and scoring prowess

Speaking to CryptoCasinosUK, as reported by the Daily Star, Saha urged his former club to pursue Osimhen, whom he believes would be an ideal addition to the squad.

He said, “It would be a difficult signing to make, but I think he is exactly the type of player that Manchester United need – and that is a striker like Victor Osimhen.

“I don't know if it's a realistic option, because he is on loan at Galatasaray, but if you're talking about a proven goal scorer with pedigree, he is the man. He would instantly improve the team.

“If you signed Osimhen, you're not signing potential. You know exactly what he is going to give you. A striker like Osimhen is exactly the kind of signing that Manchester United need to make. If it takes a lot of money, and it will to sign Osimhen, you go and do it.”

Although the 25-year-old's loan deal with the Turkish club is for a season, it includes a break clause allowing him to leave in January if any of his preferred European clubs express interest and are willing to meet his buyout clause of €75 million (£63.2 million).
