Super Eagles winger Femi Azeez has emerged as a transfer target for English Championship side West Ham United ahead of a possible move this summer, Afrik-Foot reports.

The 25-year-old has been strongly linked with a move away from Millwall after attracting interest from several clubs following an outstanding campaign last season.

Azeez enjoyed the best season of his career with the Lions, scoring 11 goals and providing eight assists in all competitions as Millwall reached the Championship playoff semi-finals.

The Super Eagles star’s impressive performances also earned him a place in the PFA Championship Team of the Season, underlining his importance to the club.

Although Aston Villa and Hull City have already shown interest, new reports now confirmed that West Ham United have now joined the race for his signature.

The Hammers have already lost Dutch forward Crysencio Summerville to Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal this summer and are actively in the search for a replacement.
