Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen registered two assists for Galatasaray in their 5-1 thumping of Eyupspor, Afrik-Foot reports.
Osimhen led the line for the Cimbom as they welcomed relegation candidates Eyupspor to Rams Park on Friday. The game was expected to be an easy ride for the Turkish champions, and it played out exactly that way.
Galatasaray opened the scoring after just two minutes, courtesy of Yunus Akgun. The Turkish attacker got on the end of an inch-perfect cross from Osimhen and headed the ball in from close range.
After going a goal down, Eyupspor settled into the game, but Galatasaray struck again via Mauro Icardi, who made it 2-0 after 33 minutes.

Just before halftime, the visitors went a man down after Bedirhan Ozyurt was sent off for a bad tackle. In the second half, Galatasaray continued to dominate, adding a third just three minutes after the break with Osimhen involved again.
This time, it was his tenacious pressing that created the opportunity. He intercepted a poor pass from an Eyupspor defender and, with only the goalkeeper to beat, drifted wide and unselfishly passed to Icardi, who was in a better position. The Argentine made no mistake, converting to make it 3-0.

Icardi later completed his hat-trick in the 70th minute, pouncing on a pass from Baris Alper Yilmaz after Osimhen, who was in a better position, had missed the initial opportunity.
Eyupspor pulled one back through Metehan Altunbas in the 71st minute, but a Jerome Onguene own goal ensured the game ended 5-1.
