Reports from Italy suggest that French giants Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have identified Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman as a key target in their quest to strengthen their attacking lineup.
The Nigeria international has caught the eye of several top European clubs, thanks to his remarkable performances, including a standout display in the UEFA Europa League final against Bayer 04 Leverkusen.
During that match, he made history by becoming the first player to score a hat-trick in a Europa League final.
Previously linked with Premier League powerhouses Liverpool and Manchester United, Lookman has now attracted interest from PSG, the latest club reportedly eager to secure his signature.
Lookman poised as potential replacement for Gonçalo Ramos at PSG?
Les Parisiens faced a significant setback when their 23-year-old forward Gonçalo Ramos sustained a severe ligament injury to his left ankle during their 4-1 triumph over Le Havre last weekend.
With surgery now confirmed, Ramos is expected to be out for at least three months, leaving PSG in a challenging situation as they urgently seek a suitable replacement to fill the void in their attack.
According to the Italian media outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, PSG are reportedly interested in filling the gap left by Ramos with the 26-year-old Nigerian.

The reigning Ligue 1 champions have already reached out to Lookman’s representatives, who have subsequently informed Atalanta of PSG's interest. Atalanta have reportedly set a €60 million asking price for the former Everton man.
Lookman has been with Atalanta since 2022. Last season, Lookman was directly involved in 27 goals, scoring 17 times and providing 10 assists in 45 appearances.
