Osimhen eager to learn from Icardi & Batshuayi

Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen has expressed his admiration for fellow strikers Mauro Icardi and Michy Batshuayi, commending Icardi's legendary status and highlighting Batshuayi's lethal abilities.

The 25-year-old Osimhen joined the Turkish giants on loan after failing to secure a permanent move away from Napoli on deadline day.

After months of speculation surrounding the former Napoli man, both Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) failed to meet Napoli's valuation for their prized asset. Consequently, the two clubs missed out on securing their top target before the summer transfer window closed, with the striker ultimately joining Turkish giants.

Eager to learn from his new strike partners, he is confident that their collaboration will enhance each other's abilities, ultimately contributing to a stronger collective performance.

Osimhen: ‘I have things to learn from Icardi and Batshuayi'

Osimhen is enthusiastic about the chance to collaborate with fellow strikers Icardi and Batshuayi, confident that their combined efforts will enhance his own game. He expressed his anticipation for this partnership.

“Icardi is a legend of this game. Batshuayi is also a deadly player. I have things to learn from them; we will cooperate. We will improve each other's quality.”

Osimhen made his debut for Galatasaray in their 5-0 victory over Caykur Rizespor at the RAMS Park on Saturday. Although he did not score, he contributed by assisting Abdülkerim Bardakcı's goal.
