Turkish Süper Lig champions Galatasaray are plotting a move for a new striker, in case there is a Victor Osimhen transfer Afrik-Foot reports.
Osimhen’s future has been a top subject in the summer transfer window for the past three years.
During his time at Napoli, his brilliant performances consistently drew links to top clubs like Chelsea, Manchester United, and PSG. However, it was Galatasaray that secured his signature.

Despite his lucrative €75 million move to Galatasaray last summer and his frequent public admissions of happiness at the club, rumours linking him to other European giants have not stopped.
Since the start of the year, he has been continuously linked to Chelsea, PSG, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich.
Most recently, coach Éric Chelle put the 27-year-old under the spotlight by stating that Osimhen would miss matches against Poland and Portugal due to club issues.

These comments reignited exit rumors, but Osimhen quickly debunked the narrative on social media.
Nevertheless, given the high demand for prolific strikers with Osimhen’s profile, the speculation is likely to continue —so a future exit is still a possibility.

Due to the uncertainty over Victor Osimhen’s future, Galatasaray have started contingency planning.
According to Transfermarkt, the club has identified Rangers striker Youssef Chermiti as a potential replacement should Osimhen leave this summer.
The Portuguese forward is coming off a strong campaign with the Gers, contributing 15 goals and five assists in 30 appearances.

He is currently valued at €15 million. And although Galatasaray have repeatedly insisted they have no intention of selling Osimhen, they would be well-positioned to sign Chermiti if they eventually decide to cash in.
Galatasaray value Osimhen at €150 million. So a sale would be a great financial deal for the Turkish club, so long a suitor is willing to meet that steep asking price.
