The future of Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi is finally set to be resolved in the coming days.
Following Leicester City’s relegation from the Premier League last term, the 28-year-old has been the subject of interest from a number of clubs, with reports linking him with moves to the likes of Manchester United, Bayer Leverkusen, Hoffenheim and Mainz.
With a release clause of £9 million in his contract with the Foxes, he is understandably viewed as a potential bargain in the market for his wealth of experience at the highest level of world football.

The Istanbul side, managed by former Manchester United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, are long-time admirers of Ndidi. Having had an offer accepted by Leicester, they are believed to have beaten out competition from city rivals Fenerbahce, with whom the player was linked back in April.
Ndidi, who is one of the richest Nigerian footballers, has repeatedly given verbal assent to a three-year contract, with an option for a fourth, and is set to undergo medicals imminently. Should the transfer be completed, it would bring to an end an eight-and-half year association between the tough-tackling midfielder and 2016 Premier League winners Leicester.
